In this class we will take a look at the building blocks of wine, some wine faults, and also some aspects of really great wine.
Miss Jane has gotten her hands on a super-secret wine components kit and will be mixing up some wine "chemistry experiments" in order to teach us all about the building blocks of wine.
If you are a serious student of wine, you won't want to miss this!
